Residual Placement Testing

UW Residual Placement Tests dates have been set for March through August 2008.

The placement tests are required PRIOR to course registration. Course registration will take place during the New Student Fall Registration Program to be held Wednesday, May 21; Thursday, May 29; Thursday, June 5; Monday, June 9; and, Thursday, July 17. Those testing after July 17th will register on an individual basis.

A fee of $25.00 is charged for UW Marathon County applicants and will be invoiced with your tuition fees for the fall 2008 semester. Please complete the UW PLACEMENT TEST RESERVATION FORM that was mailed to you and return it to the Student Services Office with the appropriate date checked. A fee of $50.00 is charged for all other applicants who wish to take the tests for other institutions or programs. If required to pay the $50.00, please include that fee with the reservation form. (This fee is required in order for our office to release test scores.)

The maximum capacity for each test date is 50 students; please register early. A letter confirming your test date will NOT be sent. If you have any questions, or if we may be of assistance in any other way, please let us know. Change in Registration Plans:
If you have changed your plans and will not be registering at UW-Marathon, please notify admissions at uwmcadmit@uwc.edu.
