ONLINE PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES
You may use a Master Card, Discover, or WEBCHECK (debit from a
checking or savings account) to
pay your tuition and other fees on-line.
There is a $15 fee for payments made by credit card, however there is not a
fee for WEBCHECK.
Payment of tuition by credit card may be made only online;
payment at the business services office or by mail with a credit card is not
available.
1. Sign in to PRISM
using your current sign-in ID and Password.
2. Click on SA Self Service, Learner Services, Finances, and Make a Payment.
3. Click on Pay by Credit Card or Pay by Electronic Check.
4. Enter information into the blank fields. To make a full payment of your
balance*, click on NEXT upon completion of the required fields. You will be
prompted to confirm data and to confirm payment. Upon confirmation, payment will
be made from your credit card or bank account.
*If you wish to pay only a portion of your balance (e.g., you are making a
payment on the Partial Payment Plan), click on Allocate Payment. At the next
screen, select the fee you wish to pay and enter the dollar amount to pay. If
other fields show balances you do not wish to pay at this time, enter “0” (zero)
in those fields.
5. Be sure to exit from the Make a Payment section of PRISM. Click on the {X} in
the upper right corner to return to the PRISM home page.
REMEMBER THAT THERE MAY BE A HIGH VOLUME OF ACTIVITY ON TUITION DUE DATES –
ALLOW YOURSELF EXTRA TIME TO GET YOUR PAYMENT MADE BY THE DUE DATE.
