appetizers and dinner.
Sample lunch menus include:
Deli Bar Buffet with a choice of sliced meats and cheeses,
assorted breads, salad, relishes, beverage and dessert or
Italian Buffet with choice of pasta, sauces, salad, vegetable, bread
beverage and dessert.
Sample Dinner menus include:
Chicken Cor don bleu, rice pilaf, vegetable, salad, rolls,
beverage and dessert or
Prime Rib, baked potato, vegetable, salad, rolls,
beverage and dessert.
