A.N.T.S.

"Association of Non-Traditional Students"

Our Mission

The UW-Marathon Campus Student Organization of A.N.T.S. was founded in 2001 because of the increasing number of "non-traditional" students re-entering college after being out of school for a number of years and the need to share differing kinds of information with those students.

     Our main focus points include:

  • Making education a positive and rewarding experience for all students by utilizing the experiences of it's members to improve the University experience for all students and staff.

  • Balancing school with the real world of work, families and social life.

  • Providing resources and helping students make connections with available resources within the campus & the community.

  • Build friendships and find others with similar interests, goals and challenges.

  • Membership is open to all full or part-time students of UWMC.

  • Especially geared to students who have experienced a break in their education between high school graduation and college entry.
