UWMC Lecture & Fine Arts Series
The mission of the Lecture and Fine Arts Series at UWMC is to bring educational, culturally-enriching, high-quality, fine arts programs to students and community members throughout the year. The Designed for Diversity Series builds on this mission by creating an educational environment that enhances a respect for racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity in a multi-cultural world. The combined series is sponsored by the Student Life and Interest Committee and supported with additional campus funds. As a result, ticket prices are always affordable, making the series the best arts bargain around.

Seating
Most events are held in the UWMC Theatre, however, check locations on each event listing. Seating in the UWMC Theatre is on a first come, first served basis, so allow plenty of time. Patrons who arrive after 7 PM will be admitted at an appropriate break in the performance. The University Theatre is accessible to the physically challenged, and wheelchair seating is available. Reserved accessible parking is in the Stewart Avenue lot (B).

Tickets
Ticket prices are for individual events and reflect two categories: General Admission and Special Admission (seniors, students, and children.) UWMC students are
admitted free to all events upon presentation of their ID cards. Due to limited seating in the University Theatre, we strongly suggest that tickets be purchased and that students pick up their free tickets in advance. Tickets are available two weeks prior to the event at the UWMC Information Office, Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 7 pm and Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Remaining tickets will be available at the door.
