A Classical and Jazz guitarist, Chidsey overcame early adversity to become a consummate performer, composer, and educator whose venues have ranged from the Aspen Summer Music Festival to the Guitar Lachine International Competition in Canada. An alumnus of UWMC, he graduated from Lawrence University and has furthered his studies with such luminaries as Javier Calderon and Sharon Isbin of the Julliard School.
