MyTrack FAQ's

Ginger Egging, Secondary Education major“My advisor helped me plan my classes around the times that I could make it. The professors give each student lots of attention.

The students are all very nice people. I feel like I fit in. Everyone is so nice and questions are answered right away.

I was scared to go back to school after so long. Now, my fears seem silly.”

- Ginger Egging, 29, Secondary Education
(Broad-field Social Science/History) major

  • What is an accelerated blended course?
In this course, a portion of the learning activities take place online, and time traditionally spent in the classroom is reduced. In addition, the classes run less than the typical 15-week courses. Some computer skills are necessary.

  • What computer skills do I need to succeed in this program?
It is recommended that you are familiar with email, word processing, and the Internet. Our quick videos show you What to Expect.

  • What is a streaming video course?
In a streaming video course, the instructor videotapes the lecture for you to view from your own computer, at your own time. You may still come to the lecture on campus if you choose, but you have the option to view the class via your computer.

  • What is the cost of a streaming video course?
Tuition and fees for a streaming video course are charged per credit and are the same as our traditional courses, plus an additional $15 per credit fee.
  • Is financial aid available?
Yes, financial aid is available to MyTrack students who meet the federal financial aid eligibility. The Financial Aid Coordinator can be reached at 715-261-6240. Learn more at Finances.

  • Do I have to take the ACT before applying to the program?
