Instructional Technology Training & Support

Computer keyboard and mouse
The UWMC Instructional Technology program provides faculty, staff
and distance education students with one-on-one assistance, help desk
services and training workshops on computer hardware and software. 

 Training is available (but not limited to) the following software:
 -  Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, FrontPage)
 -  Web Design and Accessibility, Online Courseware Systems
 -  File Management and Basic Computer Skills
 -  Electronic Document Creation ( PDF, OCR, Image Scanning )
 -  Video/Audio Capture, Multimedia Presentation
