Welcome to GEO 123 (Weather and Climate)!
The main purpose of these course pages is to provide a set
of web links that we will access throughout the semester. The majority of the links provide access to real-time
data that will consolidate our understanding of concepts and other material, but many links also provide access to
educational materials and to debates on current affairs, such as climate change. You will be referred to these links in class
through a variety of exercises.
Other than topics and course objectives, these pages do not provide information on class policies, office hours,
texts .... these details can be found in the hard copy of the course syllabus which was handed out in the first class meeting.
