Do Concept Quiz 4 for Chapter 4 by 4pm Wednesday  1 November.

Do Concept Quiz 2   for Chapter 5 by 4pm Wednesday  1 November.

You will find the US radiosonde  plots you need at the following sites:

 The University of Wyoming -- to obtain the plot, follow these steps:

• select "STUVE" as the output type
• do NOT change the time
• click on the appropriate station on the map

Alternative -- you can also obtain US data here:

Ohio State Weather Server. Select "Upper Air" and then "U.S./Canada Point and Click" and then select the location  You will also find a Lifted Index map under "Stability Indices" at this site. However, the alternative site is generally a better plot.
