Storm approaches and passes just to south of MSP -- pressure drop, winds from
south and temp rise. Pressure rise in afternoon (18Z) accompanied by backing wind
change as strorm moves to south and east of MSP.
Pressure rise continues and cold front hits in late evening. Temps drop rapidly
with winds continuing from north.
