| This scholarship was set up by James Skinner’s son David. Jim graduated from Wausau (East) High School, and began his college career at the UW Extension, predecessor of UWMC. He graduated from UW-Madison with degrees in history and economics, and rose to senior vice president with the American Funds Group. | ||
