J.D. Whitney will begin the reading with about 10 minutes of
his own "Earth-based" poetry, followed by open-mic readings
of poems which relate to the Earth Day focus and occasion--
celebration of what we call the "natural world" and/or our
efforts to protect it. Those who would like to participate
in the open-mic reading will be asked to sign up at the
beginning of the event and to limit their reading to no more
than four minutes per person. |
