REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Pre-registration is required for all classes. Registrations are not accepted at program locations.

Fees must be paid before the start of class.

REFUND POLICY: A full refund is automatically processed if you cancel two weeks before the first class session.  Refunds for limited enrollment classes and travel classes can only be granted if your space can be filled.  Refunds are not given once a class has begun. A cancellation fee of $5.00 will be charged for cancellations nine days or less before the start of a course. Refunds for online courses will be given up to four working days after the course has begun.

For Dinner/Lectures a phone registration without payment will hold your space until the Wednesday prior to the event.

CONFIRMATIONS & CANCELLATIONS: Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  You will not be contacted unless your course is filled or cancelled.  Confirmation notices are not sent.  We reserve the right to cancel any course that does not have sufficient enrollment.

WEATHER CONDITIONS Resulting in Class Cancellation:  Seldom does the University close due to weather conditions, but should this occur -- we will notify those who have supplied us with a daytime phone number and/or email address.  Arrangements will be made by your instructor with the class for a make-up session.
