                  SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION           

Note:  Scholarships are awarded based on economic need as determined by the USDA reduced meal guidelines and other extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical bills) and as long as funds are available. Those who are eligible for free meals will receive complete tuition and materials fee scholarships. Others will receive full or partial tuition, BUT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for materials fees and T-shirt.

1. Please complete all questions and fill in all blanks.
2. Return this application with a College for Kids registration form no later than May 2.  (For a better chance of getting your child’s first choice of classes, submit the registration card AND scholarship form together before April 25)
3. You do not need to send in the required $20.00 deposit with a scholarship request.  We will bill you for any fees not covered by the scholarship.
