Need to schedule a meeting, workshop training session or a small conference?  We are happy to accommodate you with various sized meeting rooms:

UWMC also has Videoconferencing Facilities available, and the Residence Hall is available for group rental during the summer.

Facility Rental Fees

We charge a modest facility rental fee for all room usage on our campus to help us pay for the additional cost of maintenance and building upkeep.  Click here for current room rental pricing.  Prices subject to yearly updates. Current pricing will be included on room reservation confirmation at time of completion.

We also have various equipment available which can be rented to make your meetings and presentations run more smoothly.

• Print, complete and mail or fax this form to our office or
