Resources for Language Learning

There are a variety of programs available for self-study for children and adults. Pimmsleur and the Rosetta Stone are two programs that get high marks from people we talk to.

The local bookstores and the library are sources for self-study programs. Adults around the world are seeking out immersion experiences and the internet provides a window into the countless opportunities available in various countries. In choosing a school, it is best to get a recommendation from someone who has participated in the program.

Concordia Language Villages offer summer camps and weekend experiences for both children and adults. The website is www.concordialanguagevillages.com

“Champs-Elysees” has audio magazines for intermediate to advanced speakers of French, Spanish, Italian and German. The website is www.champs-elysees.com
